When I first received and opened the cordless meat thermometer I was surprised to see a high quality plastic container box. The sponge used to store the devices in the plastic box is also of very high quality and appears to be very hard-wearing. Batteries were provided, which is becoming increasingly rare these days as manufacturers try to save every penny they can. There are 4 thermometers that can be preset with 4 different independent settings. I opened the box, downloaded the bluetooth app to my phone and started using the thermometer. I bought a piece of top sirloin meat (see video). The preparation of the cooking instructions was simple and straightforward. The display is very large, so I could read it without glasses. I selected the cooking instructions I wanted (medium in this case), placed the thermometer in the center of the meat (check for dead center for accuracy), popped into the oven, and I was done.
