Good quality, assembled by hand
I am particularly pleased with this package of cage nuts. While this certainly seems like something not to get too excited about, the last set I had was probably "heavier", but that meant I had to use pliers to bend it enough to get it to install. They're flexible enough that I can install them by simply squeezing them together, which I think is a huge plus. Anyway, once the screw is in, the actual clip doesn't matter, so I think they're great. PS Regarding the thread size feedback above, the nuts I received also have "M5" on the side of each.
