I love the fact that this step ladder is multi purpose! It appears rather sturdy but I do have an issue with the width of the steps. Would have liked them to be a little wider to gain more secure footing. I’m not really comfortable climbing higher that the first step. The hand cart feature is nice and definitely convenient for the loads you’d rather not have to carry. Smooth maneuverability.The one thing that boggled the mind was the fact that there were zero instructions for use as well as safety info. Especially for ladders! There is usually overkill for ladders! I do feel there should definitely have been a few setup instructions, weight limits for users as well as cargo, and brief safe use information. Not sure if that was an oversight in packaging. It took a little doing but I was able to figure everything out myself. I think I’ll be using this more for the handcart feature than the step ladder.
