Perfect fit. It's really nice that it comes with a new bushing - the bushing isn't as nice as the original BMW part but it works. Installation is easy. If you are using it to replace a motor with a plastic L connector, you will likely need to remove and discard it. With a new engine would not condense. only age. I took it off and put the hose directly onto the motor. The other engine - the one that originally had the hose crimped onto it - had the hose stretched and not sealing the new engine. I only cut off about 1/2 inch of the tubing (stretched part) and then attach the tubing. Both work great!
