Child Sized in Bed Pillows and Positioning Aids

I needed a pillow with a vent window so I could comfortably lie face down on the pillow. First, let me tell you what I love about this pillow. I like the rebound cushion and the removable cover. Now, if you noticed that I placed a quarter at the face opening in my photo, I did so so you understand what I mean when I say there is no place for an adult face to rest comfortably . Suitable for a four year old child. yes i tried If the product is defective, don't expect a refund. They offered me $4 just to keep it. I sent him home with a four year old! Lesson learned!
