Review on Alkaline Filter Cartridge Replacement for Effective Filtration by Neal Martin
Filter material leaked from the cartridge
I have an alkaline water jug and I like the taste of the water. However, when I went to replace the filter with these replacement filters, I found that most of the filter material had ended up in the packaging bag. I left it on as instructed, but I'm wondering how effective this filter will be once there is no filter material left in the filter? I couldn't find the manufacturer's website or contact information.
