The best advice I can give you about this is that you install it correctly. I bought these to save money on a well known brand. I didn't install it properly the first time and I ended up with a ton of water in my fridge. This could have been avoided if I had followed the instructions. My husband easily remedied the situation (not that I needed a friend to do this for me, I just had to follow the instructions). It took longer than I expected to receive an unnamed branded replacement for my Samsung. The water tastes great and is still boiling!
