great gadget! I have a 2015 Altima with a Bose system and wanted a little more sound in the car. This made it possible without having to disassemble my dash and hook it up to a factory NAV head unit. I've seen a few other units add pre-outs to a factory Bose system, but I didn't want to lose steering wheel controls. This kicker device makes it easy to connect to the rear speaker lines and even offers a remote amp connection! I had to extend the connections a bit to get there, but that's secondary. I connected everything and now I have the sound I was looking for.
