It's a great product in theory, but it's quite difficult to use, at least to get a completely clean window. I bought it because I live on the 5th floor and don't want to lean out the window. I spent nearly an hour getting consistent cleaning but was only able to clean parts as it only works effectively with arcing motions. Now I have clean and dirty streaks on my windows.
