Easy to use - both as an employee (interpreter) for clients & employer/employee working remotely- very intuitive system! I dislike how there is no way you can add in additional languages into their software so that it's easy if someone wants more than one person interpreting at once.- they need some sort customization when using this service since not all people are trained well enough by them but overall great product!! This has definitely helped our business tremendously because we do have multiple interpreters available whenever needed within minutes instead hours like before.
