I used this thing for like two months and I honestly have no clue if it's doing anything. Out of all of my workouts this is the one that kinda leaves me feeling nothing, but I still end up tired. I haven't gotten abs from it haha. And for some reason the counting thing on the digital monitor always counts by 2's whenever I do one slide up and down. So that is a little confusing for me.Between this, the treadmill, and a good diet, I was able to lose 17 pounds though. So maybe it did work? I don't know.
