the thong is pushed back too far; The UPS store is too far away.
Although the entire sole was the right length, the straps were placed too far back giving me extra room in front of my toes and my heel dangling off the sole. Also, I had to drive 45 minutes to and 45 minutes from the UPS store to process the exchange. Not being able to return is VERY unacceptable.
