In terms of its ability to manage all patient medical information in one place, it definitely has many advantages over an Excel spreadsheet or other platforms we used previously which required more work when managing such things as patients' records/medical history etc., The softwares also allows us easy storage / retrieval via cloud services like Dropbox (which reduces our monthly server fees). It would be great if there were some way that I could add my own fields into this system so they can easily store additional types off healthcare info with no need me re-inputting them every time something updates - but maybe thats just wishful thinking! Its really good at holding everything you'd expect from your hospital record management systems i guess? There arent any downsides im aware about yet except perhaps how difficult accessing certain parts might prove sometimes because not everyone knows their password well enough; however once people have access then finding ways around these problems becomes easier.
