Well the cylinder itself was fine but we almost blew up our recycling machine when we hooked it up. It turned out that the handles were messed up. When I first looked at it, it struck me as odd that the red pin was where the blue one normally is. It turns out that the monkeys who collected it swapped the handles so that the liquid stated on the label was actually vapor and vice versa. To top it all off, the knobs were mounted with one-sided tamper evident screws, which we had to destroy to change the knobs. If you buy one, look at it to make sure the blue handle is on the right when looking at the sockets.
