Review on HTVRONT HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl Rolls: 12&#34 by Jessica Lewis

Not a fan of that hot melt vinyl! Up until this point, we've only used genuine Cricut branded vinyl on our hot melt shirts and it's all gone smoothly. However, it was expensive so we decided to sacrifice a little quality for a lot and I'm very disappointed in my decision. All the shirts we've ironed so far are smooth and hold well, but we made shirts for our son's birthday, I ran out of white vinyl on the very last shirt. That's what came out of it. I was skeptical when I first unpacked it. It had marks on the outside so I either had to deal with the marks and scratches or cut off the first few inches. I'm a perfectionist, I cut off centimeters so it was a waste of time but my own decision. I trimmed the vinyl which worked fine. I will also give her points because the design was well cut and weeded. All my first vinyl drawings I ironed out on the fly and then I made these and it definitely took more work to get what I needed. I ironed, finished, cleaned, laid the edges, pressed, heated, waited, cleaned and allowed to cool. During this process, I noticed on the letters that the vinyl appeared to be wavy or dimpled. It's hard to tell just by looking at them, but as a shirt owner, I absolutely hate them. I've never experienced that with any branded vinyl, so I'm giving it a few stars. It was useful in a pinch, cut well and weeded well. It came off well. So I'll find a way to get through the role, but I'll probably never buy this again.
