Authenticity of Items The items are authentic and imported directly from Nepal, therefore the price seems to be slightly higher than in other similar sites.

Moreover you can choose your desired colour for any product by using the colour chart provided in each item page - that I find it extremely useful when buying clothing! Shipping and Delivery

We had to wait around 3 weeks until we got our cap (previously expected time was 2 weeks). However we were informed about this wait time by email, so we were aware of the situation and it wasn't a problem for us.

I think that they could display more accurate information on their website about delivery times as many customers may be confused about this aspect. Also I found the "minimum order" requirement quite high - at least for those who want to buy only one item or if you aren't from US/UK/Canada etc.. For example: free shipping is available only for orders over $99! Nevertheless I understand that the situation is usual with online stores worldwide nowadays...



Pricing and Payment Methods

The prices can be really good if you use the discount code as it is given in each item page. For example we saved $10 using this code on our cap purchase, so our total cost was only $29 and free shipping. If you don't need to save money I recommend purchasing from other similar sites as they often offer discounts for their loyal customers!

The payment methods accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express (no debit or cash cards). This is very useful especially for those who don't have credit card because not many online stores accept Paypal nowadays... Also there are no shipping costs if spending over $75 - which is great!



Because of these facts my score is 9/10

The customer service is very helpful with prompt response via chat or email as well as providing useful information about the delivery time of each item before purchase. Shipping took around 3 weeks but we were informed about this delay beforehand so there wasn't any problem for us.
