I bought this hammock for my guinea pig cage. They just love it! Guinea pigs love lounging around and sleeping in soft material. Synthetic sheep's wool is very soft and plush. It's a cozy retreat, no doubt about it, they'd thank me if they could. Usually when I fill their food containers they make a fuss, but if someone is lying in a hammock they just sniff in that direction. I suspect he decides whether or not to take food from his comfortable seat! As I said, this is synthetic sheep's wool. As an animal lover, I'm all for it! The underside is black with polka dots, as in the photo. When it comes to home decor, I'm drawn to the minimalism of black and white. Your pet's home and accessories should be functional and stylish! This hammock is suitable for both. Easy to attach clasps hang from the top of their cage. Sometimes I move the ends closer together to make them more comfortable. It will definitely be great when the weather gets colder. When it gets dirty I throw it in the washing machine with the other comforters. I've washed it a few times and it's still in perfect condition. It didn't fade or fade away. I tried to make a homemade hammock before buying it and it only took a few days. I used fabric and attached curtain fasteners. The guinea pigs didn't really like it because it wasn't strong. This ProSelect hammock is real! It's safe and amazing quality! I can recommend it to all small animal owners!
