Revainrating 5 out of 5

Be careful with a loud fan and lots of whistling coils. VERY GOOD REMOVE THE LOAD!

I bought this PSU for $75 and thought it was a great deal as I was an evga PSU. When I restored the product there was a hole that looked like it had been patched or something and to my surprise it didn't make a good first impression on me. Installation was easy, it fitted my mount perfectly. I decided to run some stress tests on my computer to make sure it is stable because I have overclocked, I have r7 2700 at 4.0ghz and rtx 2070 at 1850mhz. Температуры были хорошие все ниже 70c, но затем я заметил, что что-то нарастает, как вентилятор, и я подумал, что это не из-за моих вентиляторов GPU, что-то, на что я могу настроить кривую вентилятора, но нет, it's not like this. I later discovered that it is actually the PSU fan at max speed, remember this system maxes out at about 650 watts, it sounded like the jet engine doesn't lie, oh and did I mention the coil whine is bad, very high pitched ringing tone Noise can be very distracting in everyday tasks without headphones. I really expected more from evga psu but I guess you don't get what you don't pay for. I have since had a power supply and will be looking at another brand, horrible experience, and will never look at an Evga power supply again. If you have a system similar to mine, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this one. You should be looking at 80+ gold or higher.

  • Sleek design
Cons
  • poorly thought out
