Buy the cheaper Trekz Air, it really works better

This is one of the most disappointing products I have ever bought. I love my Trekz Air and was thrilled to upgrade to the 33% more expensive Aeropex to see how great the technology can be. What I got was much worse: 1. The packaging tries to shame the iPhone by making me wonder how much of the purchase price they wasted. I hope the pretty girl on the threesome ate a cheeseburger before she started her run because she can't weigh more than 105 pounds with all her makeup on and can pass out within 200 feet. Then I discovered that the complimentary plastic stretch fanny pack was a waste of time, which made me wonder how much more money they had wasted. If I want to buy a stretch plastic waist bag, I can buy it myself.3. Then I noticed that the free case replaced the zipper on my Trekz Air with a magnet and an open flap, which certainly reduces functionality. Not to be outdone, I noticed that they included an additional OWN charging cable, as if the standard USB ports weren't good enough. My Trekz Air uses a standard USB 2.0 cable with no problem, and I'm usually picky about my electronics.5. Finally, I compared the Trekz Air to the Aeropex side by side and found that the sound quality was much better on the cheaper Trekz Air. Buy Trekz Air; Do not buy Aeropex! Aeropex is 33% more expensive, allowing the company to pay more for the expensive packaging you throw away before listening to lower-quality audio. You're then forced to buy a branded charging cable if it breaks or falls out of an unprotected case. So I'm wondering if the lighter weight isn't a feature, but actually the result of forgoing materials from the product to save money. and enjoy stable performance for a little longer than the shorter product lifecycles we've seen lately. The best thing about this product is the return policy.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance
