The advert is for one large patch and two identical smaller patches. Large patch size 10cm x 9.4cm, two small patches 8cm x 5.5cm. The 3 patches I received had a large, medium and small patch - much smaller than 8cm x 5.5cm. The advertising is thus misleading. Update: This is my second time ordering these 3 red lip tongue patches and this seller seems to give you everything they want to give you as far as size goes. On this 2nd order I received a very large tongue, exceeding the description of the largest size, and 2 tongues, which are the largest size described - not what I wanted and what I paid for. Be careful and prepare to return if you are not satisfied with what you get.
