This thing is amazing. If you have luxury vinyl, laminate or parquet floors. get it now It works so well. We have cats, dogs and 5 kids and this vacuum cleaner picks up everything they put in it. Love how easy it is to empty the dust bin. I love the nice long cord. Lightweight and easy to carry from room to room. I was in the process of ordering a more expensive branded vacuum, but I didn't like the price and wasn't sure about warranty and after-sales issues. Went, took and not a bit sorry. LOVE LOVE LOVE ***UPDATE*** LOVE my vacuum cleaner still as much as day one but thought I'd give some advice to anyone who suddenly finds it doesn't vacuum either. Simply remove the bottom v-piece from the power grip section and clean the hose. Shake it upside down. One day I found he wasn't answering and I did so to find a giant ball of fur stuck in the tube. I removed it and it works perfectly. We have a lot of pets due to the winter conditions, so a lot of fur. Hope this helps someone else.
