Let me start by saying that the Wi-Fi functions work. I had no trouble setting them up or using this aspect of the dehumidifier. But what was the Achilles heel of this unit (70 pints) is that it NEVER RUNS OFF. Let me rephrase this for the questions as well: Even if you set your desired/set humidity level (via the app or on the device's physical buttons), the device NEVER turns OFF once that set level is reached. Lol it doesn't matter if it's Energy Star certified as long as it works, as long as it works for the rest of eternity. Until they fix it (which is a hardware issue, not a software issue), don't buy this one.
