The best thing about this software is that it has all of my contact information as well as any notes I have made for each call or meeting in one place, which makes tracking much easier than when using spreadsheets! It needs some work - especially if you want your own branded version like we did (which was no problem).

We also had problems getting our data into the system at first. Give it time though, because once they get used to working through it there are many benefits including being able to send out multiple reports from one database rather than having 5 different ones. Having worked in several industries, I can say that this is one of my favorite platforms! The platform was easy for me personally as well because it allowed us (the team) access through our mobile devices at any time or place we needed too - no need anymore having multiple people working from different locations around town/countryside etc..
