It works very well for the price. I bought it for a long weekend and continue to use it every day. The biggest challenge was adjusting the dial to dispense just the right amount of feed. I use 1/16 inch tilapia pellets. I'm getting big enough to move to my outdoor pool. I bought two of these. I needed them to give out less than they actually wanted. Click Settings. Once adjusted, they work well. Every morning at 6:53 a.m. the first one ignites, at 6:55 a.m. the second in the other tank. You need to make sure the lid is tight and you place them as far away from the water as possible. If moisture gets into the food, it won't work. I've been using them for about three months now with no problems. I can fiddle with the dial every now and then, but for $11 and not having to feed the fish every day, it's worth it.
