I give this product 3 stars and have also returned it. I was wavering between two stars because of the price, but it comes with almost all headset accessories/guards except lens caps. The pink color was beautiful and I was very excited to receive the product. It's hard to find my favorite pink and black as pink and white are more common. It was the perfect shade of pink for me, too. Well packaged but no instructions. You get multiple thumb grips that I wasn't expecting, as well as additional nose flaps. The headband itself is very comfortable and makes playing the Oculus Quest 2 a lot easier. I was surprised that this is a true "halo" headband as you can rotate the headband front to side as well. In other words, you can flip the headset instead of removing it entirely, which is a huge plus for this type of headband and I wasn't sure if that was possible before buying it. I have a small head and nose and the nasal valve helped a lot as I leaked a lot of light with the stock Oculus headband. I was disappointed with the bezel as it didn't match the Oculus frame, I found it slipped out while gaming. Although I have a small head, it's not because of my face as the case doesn't fit the Quest as snugly as it should (compared to the silicone face case that now comes with the Quest 2 128gb). There is nothing wrong with controller cases as they fit perfectly and make gamepads more comfortable to play with. Multiple times in a single gaming session I have experienced the thumb grips slipping off the controller. Finally the Velcro (I've attached a picture of it). It looks very thin in the seller's photo, but it's actually much stronger so it doesn't tear in half. However, it was this part of the headband that ultimately made me return this product. The velcro on that part started to separate from the strap, I don't mean that the velcro didn't stick to the other half, I mean the velcro itself was glued to the straps and started to separate. Within a day, mind you, the first day I started using it, basically within an hour, half of the velcro was detached from the strap. I've attached an image to explain what I mean. The main reason I give this product 3 stars is that you get a medium strap with a standard Oculus headset and you can really use anything to replace this part by heading to your local craft store like Jo-Anne's or Michaels walk. The standard Oculus headband is white. The silicone case can also be replaced. I use the word partly because unfortunately I can't find the exact same pink color in any other Oculus accessory in my web searches at the moment. What I liked about this headband is that it comes in a pink and black color scheme, so you can easily swap out the silicone faceplate for a black one. I say that word lightly and hastily as I paid over $50 for this entire set which is a lot of money for me. Since the expensive product has quality issues, I have therefore decided to return it. You get a lot with this package so $50 is subjective to be honest but there was also no way to get in touch with the seller to try and fix the minor issues I was having. I wish I didn't have to return it, but I could contact the seller for a replacement center strap and possibly a silicone case. The silicone case was less of a concern for me and since it was a size issue I don't think it was a one off quality control issue. I had another silicone case to use along with the extra nasal valves that came with it so I didn't get too excited about it. In fact, no one should pay for an item, so only some of them are effective and some are not.
