Beware! The free bottle offer is misleading!
BUYER ATTENTION! I bought two bottles of Stain Guard because of the many positive reviews. Too early to rate the product itself, but. Each bottle has a yellow sticker (see photo) that says GET THE NEXT BOTTLE FREE. I tried to take advantage of this offer but found that my product is not offered for free! They offer a short list of random products that they ship for free and THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT BE OFFERED! This is plain and simple false advertising. Your product may be on their list, but this product is not. Then I can choose something else. I don't need a free bottle of "new car air freshener" or granite cleaner! I bought this STAIN GUARD and would like a free bottle clearly stated on the bottle! It may be a good product but I question the ethics of BAIT & SWITCH's free offering.
- β PLEASE NOTE. Due to the pandemic, it has been difficult to get quality sprayers. We have found that the vaporizers we currently use sometimes have quality issues. If you receive a bottle with a broken atomizer, please contact us directly for a replacement. We are working to provide the best spray solutions but due to the pandemic this may take some time.
