Review on 💾 Seagate 2TB BarraCuda SATA 6Gb/s 128MB Cache 2.5-Inch 7mm Internal Hard Drive by Micha Poklkowski ᠌

I read the reviews for this hard here, and was quite surprised. Perhaps I was just lucky, but I have not observed any of the described problems for more than a year and a half of operation. During operation, it is almost inaudible, the temperature never reached + 50C, incl. and long-term transfer of large data volumes. I have not done surface diagnostics yet, yes. Of course, it all depends on the use case. Initially, this hard drive was bought to expand the disk space in the ASUS Zenbook UX310 laptop, where under the OS, firewood and software there was already a standard WD M.2 256Gb SSD. Summary. As a bulky data storage in a compact laptop, this hard drive does its job quite well. But, after reading the reviews here, I duplicated all the valuable data on another external hard drive, just in case. ))
