This is a great product. In truth, there are others that may be more appropriate depending on the circumstances, but this is never WRONG. I used it to install a Nest router where there was NO outlet; but it was the best place in terms of performance. I had to insert "hollow wall anchors" and put screws in the holes in the lid that was supposed to have an exit. Works perfectly. My 4 stars only because it comes with a set of screws and no clear explanation of which ones are for what purpose. . . especially the ones that hold the shelf down to the bottom knot. Otherwise: 5 stars in all respects.
