I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.
The lens is good, solidly made, good lens hood, small, light. A little annoying is the low speed of autofocus, sometimes there really is not enough speed. The bokeh is modest, blurring the background into porridge by 1.4 is easy, but there is no airiness, no zest. I use it on the D700 as the main one, I'm satisfied, it solves many problems. At one time thought to sell, but did not dare. Get used to it and that's it. I am looking at 58mm 1,4, but there is a space price tag. I recommend to buy.
- Compact, lightweight, bright. Sharp from aperture 2.8, 5.6 sharp throughout the frame. Holds backlight well.
- The autofocus speed is average, it may not have time to focus if you shoot children or some kind of fast-moving object. Modest bokeh.
