They were a bit big but because of the strap they work great. You can not say that they are small.
My granddaughter is in between sizes, she takes an 8, 9 or 10 depending on the shoe. They were a bit big but because of the strap they work great. You can't tell they are a bit big and she will have room to grow so 5 stars is fine.
