Don't buy this toothbrush! Buy another Sonicare other than Easy Clean! The base is very light and small and keeps tipping over! After two weeks of owning the Easy Clean, the little piece of metal it sits on top of the charger broke off! I have a part to show you it was a defective product. The toothbrush is heavy for the base. . . .keeps sinking. So I think it's okay, one year guarantee. The support team was very understanding, amazing and sorry for my inconvenience every time I called them. . but still two months later. . . I'm still waiting for the shipping label and a new toothbrush. Every time I call customer service I give them the case number. . . . They tell me they are very sorry and they will forward the information to the right department to fix the problem! I asked for a supervisor and was told there is no supervisor? Will you forward my complaint to the relevant department? It is not resolved many many months later and they do not support the product or warranty. I have called over 10 times waiting for a letter with a shipping label to return it. I've read reviews on Revain that say they have excellent customer service from Phillips. . . .I didn't have that experience at all! You have the model number, serial number and date of purchase. The only emails I received were about how I rate their customer service. . .ridiculous? This toothbrush cost me $69 for two weeks! I will never buy anything from Philips again. . . . will replace it with another top brand!**************************************** ***** ********************************************* **************************************************** **** ****** ************************************To update. . . .after more than 3 months of waiting I finally got a return label to send back the broken Easy Clean.
