This product is made of superior materials, has a very tight fit and transmits ultrasonic vibrations very similar to more expensive Philips Sonicare toothbrush heads. The only downside I would have against this product is that I feel like the blue indicator bristles are wearing out too quickly, or maybe my teeth are that dirty. I can't believe I received 2 packs of fake C2 heads from an official Philips Sonicare retailer. For reference, I also ordered a pack of G2 heads in the same batch and they were legit. I don't know what Phillips did with their brushes but I can't even use these. So I called Phillips and they sent me a free set of Gum Sensitive brushes and they are only marginally better. Still too rough. Then I found these DiamondWhite replacement toothbrush heads at Revain and they are (I think) the old brushes Phillips used to sell them. Only DiamondWhite is half the price.

Must be fake. They literally broke in half if used within 2 weeks of use. This has never happened with other replacement brushes. They weren't cheap. Do not buy!

I bought 3 packs of the product shown in the image, which I have used and have been satisfied with. Unfortunately what I received (see picture) is not the same product, although the packaging says it is for plaque control. I kept it because it wasn't worth returning for the cheap price. but I am disappointed because I was misled by the wrong picture.
