These are little helpers for tense muscles. At first I was scared and didn't want to use it. For some unknown reason, they looked a bit spooky. When I finally shook it and realized there was liquid inside, my fears subsided and I took the plunge. I'm very glad I did. I have them at room temperature, cool and warm, on different parts of the back (under the shoulder blades feels really good), on the feet (spiked balls probably don't help with neuropathy, but my feet like it cool), on the back of the head. , and along the ITB. I experimented with firm and nubbed massage balls in the same places. Both work equally well, although each works differently. I would only use them on the site for a short time. Then, when I warmed it up or cooled it down and applied it again to the same spot, I was really surprised at how much that spot was already releasing or how much the pain level had gone down. The next day I had no complaints. As I am planning summer trips, they will definitely come with me. The carrying bag facilitates transport. Knowing that I am instantly relieved of travel fatigue and sore muscles gives me joy. I find many more uses for these wonderful massage balls than I ever thought possible. Thank you dr Frederick, for a great tool for relieving pain and discomfort.
