I have bought different helmets. 3 left Scorpion EXO-AT950. I really liked this helmet but it was $289. O'Neill Sierra II. Nice helmet for $140. And ILM $70. I really wanted the Scorpion because it was MODULAR, but it ended up costing $220 more than the ILM. As for the O'Neil, the inner visor hits the highest point of your noise and doesn't move smoothly either. I also emailed ILM support to see if they have the parts and they responded within 24 hours that they have them, so they responded very quickly. I also like the quick release strap on the ILM compared to the traditional D-rings on the other two. So, once I ruled out the expensive option, choosing between O'Neal and ILM was pretty easy, with ILM costing about half the price of O'Neal. I am very happy with ILM and I highly recommend it. FYI I ordered a size up and it fits great. I'll still buy a Scorpion one day when I have some extra money.
