very satisfied, it works with my mac. The video will help you with the easy setup (listed with product photos). You can wear it with a headband or ear clip. There are several headphones in the travel bag. It's light and comfortable. Background muted. Creates a professional environment for communicating with clients. It stays charged throughout the workday (I put it back on the charger during lunch). Comfortable and very durable base. The controls on the headset are easy to use. I used AirPods. It's definitely an upgrade - and it's going to be difficult to lose this headset over the pods. The only negative is that I'm not that mobile. The base station must be plugged into a power source and connected to my Mac. I can't just take my Mac and my pods and sit on the patio. Not a deal breaker, just a warning. I highly recommend this groundbreaking headset!
