The sound quality is good. I can stay paired with my iPhone.

2009 e350 works great. It took 30 seconds to get up and go to work. Connect. connect phone. Turn on AUX on the radio and turn on the music. The sound quality is good. My iPhone allows me to stay paired with a Mercedes car kit and this adapter is great for switching between phone calls. USB not reading my iPhone 7. So I have to control all the music from my iPhone, no problem. For the price you really can't beat it.
