Our Dyson became almost unusable as it lost most of its suction power and stopped working after about 10 minutes (we assumed it was a thermal overload protector ). its closure). We tried rinsing the filters and while they looked pretty clean it didn't matter. It got to the point that we wanted to buy a new vacuum and decided to replace the filters as a last resort. Replaced in places and boom - like a new vacuum cleaner. I actually thought something was wrong when I first started it up because it was so difficult to move the vacuum forward and then I realized it was just because the suction was back and I wasn't was used to! The filters themselves were easy to change. enough. They seemed to match the factory models perfectly. Both installed with no problems. We have been using the vacuum cleaner with new filters for a few weeks now and are still happy with it. While I can't comment on how long they last compared to factory filters, they have worked great for us. The cost of this kit is lower than the cost of the factory post-filter itself. While at this price point they don't last as long as a factory filter flush, it seems like you can't go wrong. Before that, I strongly recommend trying them out.
