Very disappointed with shampoo and conditioner

This product did not soften my hair - quite the contrary. When I brushed my hair after rinsing, I felt like my hair was almost frizzy or dry. I had my hair done a few days after using it and my hairstylist asked me if I did anything differently to my hair because it is rough and rough. I didn't tell her anything about using this new product.
