In almost 30 years in the welding industry I have used many tools. One thing every experienced welder should have is a copper back. This tool is very versatile compared to most of the similar ones on the market. It has a thick, rubber-coated aluminum handle that helps dissipate heat. The two copper pads have multiple offset holes for easy access to the hardest-to-reach spots. A very good tool for use in light to medium conditions. In another review, the harm represented by outright misuse, this tool will get the job done if used properly. I have used many copper spoons in my almost 30 years and this is one of the best.
