I've had robot vacuums for 10 years and this is my fourth. I've never had a mopping robot, so we decided to buy one. The intelligence built into robot vacuums has grown significantly over the years, allowing them to set the bar high. However, this floor cleaning robot was a real disappointment. It reminded me of our original robot from 10 years ago randomly bouncing off walls and furniture. At least it looked like the vacuum robots had covered the entire floor. However, this robot left holes everywhere that remained untouched. I even put objects on the floor in missed spots to see if he would eventually hit them and it didn't happen. Its cleaning power is also extremely disappointing. Because it's made of lightweight plastic, it doesn't have the weight to offer real cleaning power. The water reservoir is actually in the brushes themselves, so it's not enough even for one charge. I have found that I have to add water 3 times per run. I also found that turning on in "automatic" mode many times turned on "spot" mode and the machine just ran in circles. They advertise that it can be used to clean windows. I have found that applying the slightest pressure causes the brushes to stop rotating, rendering them useless for this function. In addition, you have to manually connect the charging cable after each start. Disappointed with the product I have decided to return the device. . Although the company advertised Revain's FREE RETURNS stating the device can be returned for ANY reason, the company refused to pay for the return shipping. I contacted Revain customer service who did a great job of helping me but the company still refused. Eventually, at Revains suggestion, I paid for shipping and Revain issued a credit after I sent them the receipt. Upon delivery for my money, the company immediately refunded the cost plus tax. I ended up buying an iRobot Braava M6 and was very happy with it. No comparison with this product.
