I did not copy my SONY RM-AAP004 remote control

I bought this to copy/clone my SONY RM-AAP004 remote control which is the remote control for our 20 year old Sony A/V System is and can not be copied one of the buttons on the remote control RM-AAP004. He copied another IR remote control so the basic functions are fine.
