The customer service was really good, they worked with me until I had everything in place exactly how we needed it. They also helped get us set up with our new POS software so that we could run reports without needing someone else's help. We have used them previously as well but were not happy with their level of professionalism then. This time around things went much smoother. You can always trust the team at Decco! Their prices are fair, their services are great and there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges like you sometimes find in some other companies out there. There isn't anything bad about working with this company! It all seemed pretty straight forward from start to finish - which made getting started with the process even simpler than expected.
