This is an amazing flash! Before I switched to Pentax which I think is currently the only brand driven by photography and not the marketing department; I was a HUGE fan of Minolta before Sony got it. And at one time, Minolta had really cool (even by today's standards) flashes. But even this Minolta is far, far from what the brainchild of Pentax can do! Primarily for all K10D owners, this flash will function as a smart remote flash controlled by or in combination with your camera's flash. Just make it GREAT! You now have two flashes and the possibilities are endless. For that money, I ordered two flashes instead of one of their more expensive models, and I have a full set of three-point professional lighting for about $360! In wireless mode, it supports advanced features, allows you to do all the settings, etc. This flash supports excellent high-speed sync, and I think it's great! The flash is so precise that it can capture the finest shadows when needed. It's nice to have the wide-angle adapter on hand along with the whiteboard! In addition, this flash is very economical! For the first time in my life, a professional flash went on all day with all those straps and whistles on four of Walgreens cheapest AAs! My previous Sony flash just failed immediately! This thing fired and fired and fired, and the reload time was just about the max. Absolutely amazing flash, like I said, a real photo tool!
