Ordered for my husband he is tall and tall. Ordered size 3X. The vest fits. However, the included bow tie is too small for the person who will be wearing the 3X vest. Bow tie, probably on the neck of the 16th size. My husband has an 18 1/2 neck so a bow tie doesn't help him which is very disappointing as he prefers bow ties to ties. Why wear such a small bow tie with a vest this size? It seems pretty obvious that if the vest is this big, the bow tie should be for a bigger person as well. So be careful, if you have a neck size larger than 16, this bow tie will most likely not fit you.
