Excellent function in the casserole dish

This OXO mat has an excellent grip and is quite large. Additional help, measurements and graphics. It's flimsy, but that's not a problem as it sticks well to the countertop. In my photo, the mat is still there after the cake bases have been rolled out. cleaning, breeze.
