After 2 weeks, the glass on the back of the phone cracked (a slight crack appeared in the lower left corner (0.5 cm). The phone had not been dropped at that time, there were no signs of damage other than a crack on the back panel, which can be regarded as low quality used I didn’t pay attention to the indicated crack, because visually it was not noticeable, however, I was already a little disappointed with the quality, since I always treat devices of this kind with care and such defects never appeared even after many years use. However, after 4 months of using the phone, I recorded the following phone defects: 1. The phone does not charge via cable, does not connect to a computer. 2. The GPS signal is constantly lost. After my appeal to the Samsung service center, I was denied warranty repair and warranty service due to the presence of a crack on the back panel. At the same time, the service center confirmed the presence of the defects declared by me without indicating the existence of a relationship between the presence of damage and the declared defects. Therefore, due to the poor quality material on the back of the phone, I am currently denied repair. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the quality of materials, especially considering the price of the device and the high competition in the market (and therefore the number of alternative purchase options). The back of the phone is not a consumable item and should, regardless of material, withstand normal use. And if it does not withstand this, then this is not the fault of the client, but a matter of the quality of the materials used, and this should not affect the overall performance of the device, and even more so the warranty service. These facts indicate the absence of a customer-oriented orientation of the company, because one gets the feeling that Samsung is specifically looking for a reason to refuse warranty repairs. Now I am preparing documents for the court.
