Review on ๐ŸฆŸ ILANA IVAN Bug Zapper Light Bulbs - Outdoor and Indoor 3-in-1 Mosquito Zapper Lamp, UV LED Insect & Fly Killer Bulb in Black by Sarah Cox

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Incredibly useless instructions and no one answers the phone number or email.

The instructions included with the device are unusable. The device is equipped with two function keys. One labeled ON/OFF which appears to control the white camping light (low/mid/high/off) and then there is a brightness knob that toggles the lower UV light on and off. No button controls the top UV light. No button seems to control turning the Bugzapper on or off. Are we to assume that with the UV lamps on, the bug screen works (and if they are off, the bug screen is off?) There's nothing documented in the owner's manual about this. And if you try to call a support number in FLORIDA at 11:30am EST, most people assume that's the time people in Florida will be going to work. The phone number just rings. It has a nice design for charging, battery operation, a camping light, and a hanging hook, but without a meaningful way to turn on the debugging feature and know it's on, it's only $5. .EDIT: Alright, upgraded to 3 stars once you realize that the button marked brightness is for UV AND bug repellent, and now that I've seen that the last two nights have killed 4 flies each, can I assure you that it works. The buttons need better labeling and the instructions take a lot of work, but the system works. I suggest a lightbulb icon for camp lights and a bug icon for flash controls.
