Review on Gates 31636 OE Fuel 🔒 Tank Cap: Unmatched Performance and Reliability by David Finley

I received this cover for a friend who had a headlight on his 2003 Buick Century. Take care of a small OBDII code leak for an evaporator system leak (minor). It seems typical for GM vehicles that the covers fail after 10-15 years. I have the original cover on my '93 Accord and have never had a problem. Depending on the quality required by the car manufacturer. No leash to hold but it was my choice to get a lower price. Works great, but if you tend to "forget" to fill up, get one with a tether to secure the cap to the car.
