There are many cables to choose from so I hope this helps someone who wants to install a backup generator. I purchased a WELLUCK 50A Generator Power Supply, NEMA 3R, PB50, SS2-50P Power Inlet, CS6375 Outdoor Generator Plug, Generator Socket, Weatherproof, ETL Listed, 125/250 Volts, 12500 Watts. This cord is inserted straight, can be twisted and fixed, and then tightened. Ideal for socket. Just hook it up to a 6 gauge switch and grab a 50 amp switch. light
