It's not a $100 tripod so good for light work
I use it to film my golf shots. I use an iPad mini, but it also fits an iPhone. I use it outdoors and since the tripod base is made of lightweight plastic I sometimes have to weigh the base down to keep it stable in windy conditions. It will stay in place, but you cannot or should not overtighten the screws as they may break if you use too much force. I like its design as it folds into a compact body.
